Behind every class is a small army of volunteers giving their time, while in the background we're writing funding applications, trying to keep the lights on, the heating going, and hopefully create paid roles for the amazing people who support us.

Some days it's exhausting… not going to lie.

But then someone in a class says something small that reminds you exactly why you do it. And suddenly it's all worth it.

So we've decided to start something new…
