What a beautiful way to end Mental Health Arts Week at Happy Days Arts 💜
This week we had the privilege of sharing creativity, connection and calm with so many wonderful people across Mayfield, the ETC Club, Cliftonville, within the community art club and the Conway Education Centre photography course. Through art, conversation and creative expression, we hope each person who joined us experienced moments of relaxation, confidence and wellbeing.
