Art for Awareness: Ending Violence Against Women and Girls- Click here
We are delighted to be working in partnership with Cliftonville Community Centre to deliver a six-week youth arts project focused on ending violence against women and girls. Through creative activities, young people are exploring how art can be used to express their views, raise awareness, and promote respect and safety within their communities. The project provides a safe, supportive space for discussion, reflection, and self-expression, empowering participants to find their voice while creating meaningful artwork that encourages positive change. Supported by funding from Belfast City Council, this initiative highlights the powerful role creativity can play in building understanding, confidence, and community responsibility.

What a powerful way to finish such an important project.
When young people lead with creativity and compassion, real change begins.
Our Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) project has been an incredible journey, and we are so proud of the young people from Cliftonville who used their voices, creativity and courage to shine a light on this important issue.
A huge well done to the youth for their honesty, imagination and powerful artwork, and to our amazing Arts Facilitator Collette for guiding and supporting them every step of the way.
Art can start conversations, raise awareness and inspire change and this project has done exactly that!!
